Returns & Exchanges
At Wayward Wines, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage; if your bottle is corked or damaged, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Due to the perishable nature of wine, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened for reasons other than quality defects.
Return Process
- 1.Report the Issue
Contact our cellar team within 30 days of purchase via email with your order number and a brief description of the quality concern.
- 2.Secure the Bottle
If the wine is faulty, please recork the bottle with the remaining liquid inside so our sommelier team can verify the defect upon return.
- 3.Print Your Label
Once your claim is approved, we will email you a prepaid temperature-controlled shipping label to ensure the wine is transported safely back to us.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
After we receive and inspect the bottle at our warehouse, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement bottle.
