How do you ensure the wine is safe during shipping?

We use specialized, reinforced pulp or foam packaging designed specifically for glass bottles to prevent breakage. All shipments are climate-controlled where possible to ensure the wine arrives in perfect condition.

Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Yes. By law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a signature and valid ID upon delivery. We cannot leave alcohol unattended on porches or doorsteps.

What is your return policy for corked or spoiled wine?

If you believe your bottle is corked or otherwise flawed, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We offer replacements or store credit for verified bottle defects.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to most states within the US, excluding those with restrictive direct-to-consumer shipping laws. Please check our Shipping Policy page for the most up-to-date list of restricted states.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team. Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be changed.

Do you offer discounts for bulk or case purchases?

Absolutely. We offer a 10% discount automatically applied at checkout for any order consisting of 12 bottles or more, including mixed cases.
