Made with grapes from a single parcel of 60-year-old vines at 330m altitude on limestone soils. The dry 2023 vintage allowed Marto and Alanna to pick their grapes a little later, giving optimal ripeness. The grapes are directly pressed before fermenting and aging in old barrels. A beautiful, pure expression of Riesling which is tasting fantastic now, and is sure to only get better with time.
