Bianco 2022

Bianco 2022

A house favourite here from Le Coste. Made with mostly with the local Procanico, the balance being made up with Malvasia, Roscetto, Pedino, Vermentino, Romanesco and Ansonica from vineyards young and old.

From a cooler vintage, the 2022 sees a shorter maceration of just 5 days, before being pressed off into old oak casks for one year of élevage.

Straw yellow in the glass, this vintage is wonderfully light on its feet, with delicate notes of lemon zest, sea salt and minerals offering refreshment in spades.

A natural wine of impeccable balance, where every detail appears to be in place, it’s the perfect companion to robust Roman cuisine (think cacio e pepe). This wine also pairs extraordinarily well with fiery Asian spice too. A house favourite for good reason!
