Pet Nat 2023

Pet Nat 2023

Aromatic, fruit forward Alsatian fizz that pours sunset pink in the glass, falling somewhere in-between the rosé and orange natural wine world. Bright and refreshing with a wonderful perfume balanced out by immensely satisfying fruit and lovely bubbles, all wrapped up with a palate cleansing streak of acidity.

A blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris & Gewürztraminer are given 6 days maceration on the skins then pressed off into tank. As with all pet-nats, the wine is bottled before fermentation finishes, it then completes fermentation in bottle, trapping the bubbles as they form. It's then disgorged after resting on the lees for 8 months.
